Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation

Body sculpting treatments are hugely popular at the moment with hardly any spa or clinic not offering some sort of fat-reducing service. While fat-freezing cryolipolysis, liposuction, and fat-melting laser treatments can be very effective, they are on the pricey side, take longer and can have some periods of downtime.

This liposuction alternative is painless and requires no downtime. Several treatments are recommended to reduce fat in stubborn areas such as abdomen, flanks, thighs, hips, and arms.

A faster, painless fat reducing treatment is Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation, which can literally be performed during your lunch break. You will relax comfortably on a table for 30 minutes during your treatment. The ultrasound fat cavitation treatment works by eliminating fat and toxins via the lymphatic and urinary systems. The body requires three days to properly eliminate the fat and toxins after a treatment, therefore sessions should range from 3 days to 1 week apart. For most clients, we recommend a minimum of between six and ten fat cavitation treatments.

After care is crucial for achieving the best results from ultrasonic fat cavitation treatments. To ensure your body responds well to ultrasound fat cavitation, drink 1L of water prior to and following your treatment. Consume 2-3L of water daily for three days post-treatment. Continuing this amount of water intake as a lifestyle change will also help in fat loss. 

A minimum of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate cardio exercise is required as as soon as possible post-treatment and for three days following. This is to ensure the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off. If cardio is not your style, this where infrared sauna sessions may assist, as it has a similar effect on the body.  

Maintaining a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat, and low sugar diet for 24 hours pre-treatment and three days post-treatment will help achieve the best results. This is to ensure your body utilizes the triglycerides (a type of body fat) released by the fat cavitation process. If suitable, I also encourage my clients to stick to this diet as much as they can. Many find this to be a great starting point for maintaining a healthier lifestyle in the future.

Additional steps can be taken to achieve optimum results. You can assist your body to flush toxins by following your treatment with the use of an infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage massage, or dry brushing to help eliminate released toxins from the body.
